PARTNER DUE DILIGENCE TRAININGÂ WITH TWENDE PAMOJA, ONLINE NOVEMBER 2021
Trained and facilitated a team of dedicated staff based in Kenya on due diligence, capacity assessment, risk scoring and action plan setting. This  workshop empowered individuals to address capacity gaps for better management of donor funding as well as mitigating against fiduciary and operational risks.
ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT WITH MAISON DE LA GARE, SENEGAL MAY 2021
Directed and facilitated a team of dedicated and creative leaders in revising their mission, vision and core values, including head of departments, CEO, founders, partners and board members. Utilising consultation meetings, group workshops, presentations and discussion groups to establish and document a 3 year strategy and action plan.
ANNUAL BUDGET SETTING WORKSHOPS WITH TRAIN & TRAVEL, COTE D’IVOIRE MAY 2021
Built confidence and developed budget setting skills of young international development graduates who volunteer their time to support a sustainable economic development and gender empowerment NGO. Through the use of a facilitation-style work shop to utilise excel automated budget tool for setting annual allocations and adjustments for funding gaps.
PROJECT PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT WITH NGO PARTNER PROJECT LEAD, SENEGAL MAY 2021
Implemented a collaborative project development workshop for creative thinking on project frameworks and identifying risk mitigations to facilitate the production of theory of change model, logframe and re-design of 5 year project proposal document outlining plans to utilise available funding and funding gaps.
REMOTE GRANT WRITING AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT WITHÂ TRAIN & TRAVEL/STOP AU CHAT NOIR, NOVEMBER 2020
Developed grant proposal and held workshop-style remote workshops to encourage brainstorming with programme team, on project ideas aligning to organisational goals and funders objectives. Also re-designing of Project M&E plan and project logframe to strengthen application.
FINANCIAL CAPACITY BUILDING WITH MINDFUL GUATEMALA, GUATEMALA DECEMBER 2019
Empowered 2 determined and passionate female leaders to obtain financial control and clarity on inputs required to achieve organisational strategy via development of finance manual, establishment of finance procedures, plans for proposal development & cost recovery, finance system migration, setting of annual budget and monitoring systems.
