My capacity building projects aim to train teams on new skills and competencies within the area of donor finance management and/or delivering effective programmes. My approach is to design and deliver training workshops with high levels of participation, allowing for application of knowledge to real life experiences, completing an assignment to put new skills into practice and setting action plans to ensure continuation and pursuit of goals after projects have been completed.
